Playful Yogi Space

A wonderful and peaceful yoga studio for all levels to practice and enjoy. The Bell-ans setting (home to farm animals, a vegan food truck, and artists’ studios) is unique and adds to the experience. I am in LOVE with the Sunday Aerial Yoga class in Nyack, taught by the incredible, inspiring Laura Kallen! Laura helps us to breathe, bend, play, strengthen, stretch, fly and free ourselves up to build powerful mind, body, spirit connections. What a gift! A wonderful space with thoughtful, knowledgeable, and supportive instructors who cultivate a experience that is restorative and rejuvenating while strengthening and opening the body in ways that are impactful and sustained. This is the best yoga studio EVER!!! I'v been practicing at PYS for over a year, as well as at various other local studios and in cities I travel to on busines. Playful Yogi Space is hands down my favorite because of the consistent quality of instructors, variety of levels and styles of yoga available, and of course the beautiful and peaceful studio. I would highly recommend giving it a try--the first class is free :)
