“YES, I CAN DO IT!” was my takeaway from Orangeburg Fit Body Boot Camp. Thanks to the encouragement and support given by Stephanie, the owner, and the personal trainers, Christine, Julie and Gina. Everyone always motivated me to do my best. They taught personal attention not only to exercise but also the importance of following healthy diet. Just in the last few months, I am down 2 sizes! I never thought it was possible to lose the weight. Workouts are challenging, but the results are amazing! I feel myself getting stronger everyday with each inspiring workout! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone is looking lose weight in a supportive and welcoming environment!

I joined the Orangeburg Bootcamp family in November and it was the best decision I have made. Stephanie is so caring and will do everything in her power to make sure you get the results you want. Not only physically but emotionally she is always there to help including all the ups and downs!!! And we can’t forget Lexi. She is also great always so friendly and ready for any questions!!! All around it’s a great place and very welcoming!!

One of my best friends encouraged me to come to a class about 2 1/2 months ago. I haven't stopped and don't plan to. Just signed up for the year after completing the 6 week challenge. The difference in my energy level, physical body and overall mindset is incredible. I look forward to every workout!

I've been a regular here for over a year now and it's still just as challenging and fun as it was the first month. I have seen some amazing transformations and I have heard the most heart warming stories. The trainers are awesome and really work hard at mixing things up and keeping you motivated. Just finished an astounding 6 week challenge and found lots of cool muscles under the 15 lbs I shed off.

This program is life changing. I have been doing high intensity cardio for years without these results. I started with a 6 week challenge and am now hooked for life. The meal plan that went along with this challenge has completely revolutionized my eating lifestyle. The workouts actually have me addicted. There is no more trying to motivate myself for 3-4 times a week. Instead I will do whatever it takes to make it every day. This isn’t a fad diet. It is a lifestyle change. I lost 11 pounds and 8 inches in 6 weeks and 20 pounds and 17 inches in 3 months. Stephanie is living her passion and spreading it far throughout this fit fam!
