First things first, I know almost nothing about cars. I purchased my first used car in March (it’s June 1 now). A part under my bumper got scraped on something while driving and fell off.. I went to my dealerships service center and was told that I would need a whole new bumper and that it wouldn’t be cheap. I was immediately panicking, after finding this auto body shop on Nissan’s website as a verified Nissan shop I decided to send an online inquiry to get an estimate on how much the new bumper would cost. I was contacted the very next day. I came in and met with Joe who after seeing the damage felt like a replacement bumper wouldn’t be necessary, unless I absolutely wanted one. He fixed it up for me and was very nice, quick, and professional. His entire demeanor just earned him a new customer. I plan on getting some dents and scratches fixed, I now know who I’m going to!

Honestly Exact Auto Body really is the place to go, I came in with my 2017 Q50 and I’m so amazed that the painter who painted my car did an exact match, and I’ve never seen anything like that. Joe’s a nice guy and does good work. We chose him as his reviews were good and his estimate was lowest by a wide margin. At least one reason it was lower was he thought he could repair a quarter panel that ultimately had to be replaced, raising the price. But still, thankfully, totaled lower than all my other estimates. I disagree with points of the review from “Jason Kidd”. One, of course, they’re not always correct when they say they can repair a part and two, they are NOT pricey; their prices are lower than others. I also did not have Robert Eis’ experience of Exact Collision fixing anything not prescribed by the engagement. On the same side of the car they were working on some scrapes, unrelated to the primary work, could have been painted over and made to look better than it was.
