Extra Space Storage is on point! I needed a storage space and immediately thought of this place. I spoke with Ken (Marvin) on the phone and was helped immediately. He was great at explaining my options and what they had available. When I went into the Storage facility, I was greeted by Justin, who was extremely kind. Ken assisted me with choosing the right size unit I needed and showed me my options. Him and Justin answered all the questions, I threw at them! When I decided to move I had someone move all my things to keep into a storage unit, I am pretty much of a hoarder, and needed to get everything out of my apartment so that I could think and organize. I already had a unit, but we needed an additional one. I called and it was arranged, he sold me a lock and even programmed it as asked, and the people were able to keep working without a moment lost.nnThe office person is absolutely fabulous! When I first rented the unit he was extremely helpful, and again this time. I signed everything through email and it was seamless and very fast. I absolutely love the storage area. It is very close to home, very accessible, and the people are very helpful.

I really needed a storage unit, and the one in Englewood offered a selection of sizes with an amazing price and very good service. Even with complications, the staff was helpful while making the renting process as easy as it can be. Definitely go here if you're looking for a storage unit with a great deal!

I love my storage unit! I couldn't live without it. They had a wide variety of sizes that worked perfectly for my needs. The load-in area was very easily accessible. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and easy to work with.

Customer service was great from the person I talked with from corporate to Nelson who was on shift this morning. Nelson took his time explaining everything and showing me around. Their rates seem the best around as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for storage space.
