Ocean City Veterans Memorial Park

This is an absolute gem of a small park in Ocean City! It is one full city block (5th Street to 6th Street between Wesley and Ocean Avenues), with several well-maintained pathways, many wooden benches, many trash and recycling receptacles, well-tended green lawns, and beautifully manicured trees, bushes and flowers. There is a veterans' memorial on the Wesley Avenue side of the park, and a small gazebo on the Ocean Avenue side. On any given day, you may find walkers, bicyclists, skateboarders, picnickers, babies in strollers, frisbee enthusiasts, sunbathers and dog walkers, all co-existing peacefully. And those who walk their dogs here regularly are faithful in cleaning up so everyone can enjoy the grass. Whether you spend 5 minutes or a couple hours, your time here will be enjoyably well-spent!
