Island Gypsy

I just want to say that working at Island Gypsy has been a blessing. Linda is the most accommodating, understand, and empathetic person I know. When ever something comes up Linda always works with us. She always has a smile on her face, even when she is frustrated, or upset. Linda always makes sure I put school first, and then work. For someone to accuse her of being “mentally abusive” is absurd. Linda is the type of person to make sure everyone is comfortable and feeling welcomed. She puts pennies in bags for customers so that they have good luck. She can make friends with anyone and everyone. You clearly do not know her well enough if you were to make that accusation. All-in-all I love working with/for Linda and the Island Gypsy franchise.

Horrible experience. I bought a dress that was ripped but only noticed when I put it on to wear it. I had the tag although no longer attached AND my receipt and went in the next day. They would not accept the return. Buyer beware!! I believe they have my money that rightfully belongs to me. Not everyone is dishonest but that’s how I was treated. Beware.

Wish I could give 0 stars, the manager Linda is very rude and mentally abusive to her employees. Staff is rude and clothing is very overpriced for what is provided at the store. Will not be taking my business back to them ever again.

Wish I could give zero stars... horrible customer service the manager/ owner is completely rude and sounds completely arrogant the way she talks to customers and employees. I had bought a shirt, worn it once, hand washed and all like the tags said and the shirt pretty much fell apart. They would NOT let me exchange or give A store credit back. For how over priced their mediocre clothing is and how awful their customer service is I will never be going back nor do I recommend Anyone else going!
