First time here. Wait staff Adrien was awesome. Friendly, efficient, amusing. She brought the pastry chef directly out to talk with us. We sat in the 'igloo' on the sidewalk. There were two space heaters inside and it was plenty warm enough. Food was very good, prices very reasonable.
Our first visit to the Ciao Italia outdoor igloo was met with wonderful food and service. It was cold outside but warm and cozy inside. Our meals were outstanding. The staff is super friendly. A+

Great experience! We were warmly welcomed. Temperatures were taken (felt safe), and had the chance to eat outside on a lovely evening- very well distanced. The server was friendly, warm and helpful. The food was yummy. We both cleared our plates. Then a nice quiet time for coffee and conversation. Thank you for a very nice date night.
Went there for the first time last night. First off, LOVED the atmosphere and service. Second, Wednesdays are half priced off a selection of bottles of wine. Third, the risotto was amazing. Fourth, actually we were happy with all of our food. We had the risotto and bruchetta to start, I ordered bolognese and my hunneh ordered chicken parm.nOverall a really great experience and will be back again. I wish the menu was slightly larger offering more pasta dishes (maybe a lasagna, or gnocchi, or Alfredo) as I'm a picky eater and like to have more options to try when I return. However, I already know what I'll be ordering next time.
