This is our third dining experience, as always Massimo and his staff delivered world class service! The ambiance is warm, inviting and comforting. The food is just... brilliant! The depth, layers of flavor, and presentation are on point! The the staff does an amazing job making you feel wanted and like you're the only one they're attending to. Massimo always makes it a point to stop by and say hi, to make sure the experience you are there to enjoy is nothing short of perfect. Fantastic service from the moment we walked in the door until we left. Servers were knowledgeable and kind. Food was delicious. Scallop entree was top notch and dessert is not to be skipped, their pastry chef does an amazing job.
Incredible Dining Experience! Massimo's is my go to restaurant when I am in the Portsmouth area. Whether I'm in the mood for Italian or just exceptional food and service, the decision to dine at Massimo's is an easy one. Massimo's staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely focused on attention to details from the moment you arrive til the time you leave. I highly recommend Massimo's and cant wait to dine there again, soon!
Celebrated here recently and had a great experience. Service was phenomenal, atmosphere was great, and the food was spectacular. Highly recommend if you are looking for some great Italian pasta.
Impeccable customer service. Exemplary Italian cuisine. This resturaunt is hands down the best Italian spot I've ever had the pleasure to eat at. As a Bostonian, this place exceeds all the well-known North End eateries. That's saying a lot. Everything here is exquisite. Period
