This gym is by the best gym I have ever been to. They have been extremely accommodating to me and have helped to spark my love for boxing. I’m currently training for my first amateur fight and they have been pushing me to train harder than ever before and I love it! Definitely come and check it out no matter what skill level you are! And even if you just want to get into shape, this is the place for you!
SPA has been a great place to train. It’s clean, organized, and spacious. There’s a wide range of classes that caters to the type of training you enjoy.
As far as boxing goes, this gym is a great place to get started in the boxing life. It’s not intimidating like a lot of other boxing/MMA gyms, and very welcoming. There is a range of people training there from brand new novices, to competitive boxers.
Plus SPA is pretty cheap compared to other gyms that offer the same classes.
This gym is a very good place to be training at for any sport that requires moderate to intense conditioning. on top of that they are very welcoming to beginners. They also have really dedicated coaches and awesome classes that run every weekday. I love this place!!!
An awesome gym for the whole family and for all age groups. They offer a variety of classes from boxing and spartan training to yoga and tai chi. If they don't have it, just keep asking and they will make it happen. The coaches are great to work with. Overall, it is not just a place to work out but also a nice community to belong to.
Best Gym in the Valley! Friendly staff, great coaching, and awesome amenities. Two of my boys are boxing 2-3 times a week there and they absolutely love it! I can't say enough good things about SPA!
