Sara is the best trainer! She is always happy to modify anything you need. She's helped me workout properly while pregnant and after. She is the greatest and I would highly recommend her for anyone. She is the reason I go to Energy Explosion.
It is small enough that I feel like I get the personal attention I need. Also they are really flexible with my crazy schedule.
Pumped trainers, motivational and fun. Perfect sized facility. Summers you can get outside as well. Zach, the owner, is a stud and will make sure you have an awesome experience every day. Well worth the money if you have the time.
My wife and I can't say enough good about Energy Explosion. We've trained as a couple and sometimes with our two younger boys. Either way, we've had a great time working with wonderful people. The price point is great and it feels like a family when you workout. We like not fighting for weights or space at a commercial gym.
Best trainer around. Zac makes you feel stronger, and makes you work! He'll cheer you on and check in with you between workouts. If you want to get in shape, train for an event, or push yourself even more, this is the place to be.
