We had a nice site, but needed maintenance to take care of a branch that would have damaged my camper. They were quick to arrive and friendly, but were limited in tools, so it took a bit before I could back my rv in and set up. It wasn't a problem with the maintenance guy, but management limited him to hand tools.

I stay there all summer and I love this place it was me and my daughter and we love this place I would no change it people there are very helpful and friendly been my first time in a rv was a challenge but everyone was willing to help us and we just love it I will not change it at all my daugther made a friend very nice girl same age of my love it in the night is was very peaceful all my guest love the place and the friendly staff I met the manager one day and he Ofer to throw any garbage if I had it that was very nice of him I just can’t wait to go back in April BR6

Stayed here 3 nights for $20 per night as part of our Thousand Trails membership. Full hookups (50amp, water, sewer).nnWater pressure was great the first night at 52psi. But by the last night it had dropped to 30psi and nothing changed with our water regulator. The only thing that changed is that the campground filled up for the 4th of July weekend.nnSpeaking of crowds, this was the loudest campground we've stayed at in the past year of full-time traveling. It was a holiday so we knew it would be busy and loud, but karaoke on a loud speaker until 2am?? The roads were packed with golf carts making it difficult to get in and out of the campsite. Some golf cart drivers and passengers were drinking alcohol, one lady was even drinking out of a sand bucket.nnThe campground is enormous, most of it annual/permanent residents. Roads are paved, sites are level and easy to get in/out. Cell service was excellent (AT&T and Verizon).

Awesome place to camp.. prices have definitely gone up severely. Advise you to bring bikes or a scooter to get around Campground, golf cart rentals are astronomical $154.00 per day.

Never going back again. This place was the worst I've ever been the site was fine but there was no people making sure campers weren't Disturbed. People next door kept us up all night two nights in a row.and let fireworks off right in front of our campsite almost burnt down at tent.
