I have been seeing Erica for over a decade now and we have gone through many hair journeys together. She always is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes me look and feel like a million bucks. Erica is talented as she is warm. Her expertise in coloring is phenomenal. I have challenges with the water at my home and she always corrects my hair chemistry and offers fabulous solutions for home care to keep that color staying fabulous. She explains the process beautifully. She is a true and kind professional.

Erica was great! First time customer and you can tell hair is her passion. She was very attentive and after the first color attempt, she pointed out that the color was still too warm without me having say anything. Conversation was also great. Loved her!
