What an amazing team there! Heidi gave me the style change I've been wanting (needing!) for years. The membership program was a great option for me, totally worth looking into if you haven't been part of one before. I found them in the pit of this pandemic and it's been a blessing. For the ones I've worked closest with, Heidi, Allison and Jess, a big thank you!

Vanity was great at accommodating me as a first time customer for an appointment on a Saturday. I loved the text message confirmation and appointment reminders. Heidi was fantastic at managing the salon and friendly when doing my blow-out. She is knowledgeable about thick hair and it was a great start to my day. I would recommend Vanity!

Before posting this review I tried emailing the salon and received no response. I was coming from out of town and didn’t know any salons in the area and just had to take the only place that had an opening since I was planning on short notice. First off I was quoted a price then I was charged $18 for “extra love needed” I wasn’t explained what that was for and don’t appreciate being charged extra for something that I wasn’t told about. They charge $30 for eyelash application that at many other salons are only $10 and they were basically lashes you could get at CVS. My hair looked ok from the front but the back looked nothing like the picture I showed and same with my makeup. The apprentice had the exact eye shadow I wanted and I showed other photos but I ended up with something I went back to the hotel and changed because after I made the comment about not liking the lip color I feel like I got a snarky response being told to put my own lipstick on so I didn’t feel as I could speak up if I wasn’t happy about something. As soon as I left the salon bobby-pins started falling out. The makeup station seemed very unorganized and unprofessional. Makeup was just rolling around in drawers. Also, during this time with Covid I would think about using some type of plate to put the makeup on instead of the back of the hand then applying to the face. I thought about that after the fact and it really bothered me. Telling a bride she has droopy eyelids multiple times isn’t something you should say. I’m glad this was just my small elopement and not my big Disney wedding and now I will know to make sure I tell the stylist what I don’t want.
