Barre & Soul, Portsmouth Yoga and Barre Studio

I loved how small and intimate it was! I really loved how much of a yoga feel it had. Amanda was GREAT!! So motivational and encouraging!! I loved that the other instructors in class weren’t perfect and had to stop and breathe or make adjustments or mods - instructors are real people too and I do appreciated that!!! I also loved how women-centric everyone and the studio itself was! Can’t wait to head back when I’m in the area!!

My sister and I went to a class while on vacation. The teacher was so fun and the class was all the things: challenging, engaging, friendly, and fun! I highly recommend.

Great teachers and atmosphere.

Going to Barre and Soul classes is so personal, and everybody is so welcoming. The instructors always greet me by name even though I don't go regularly. I also appreciate that the instructors go around and correct each person's form during class. I've been to classes at other places where the instructor never leaves her mat, so I like that at Barre and Soul I know I'm doing it correctly. Plus they kick your butt, but somehow you leave feeling refreshed at the same time!

I had a great experience here as a first time barre-participant. The instructors were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming and supportive. I would highly recommend Barre & Soul to friends in the area. I love the community here!
