This was the best car shopping experience, Easy and quick. They had exactly what I wanted and there was no pressure to buy anything more. I love my new car!! Brian was very helpful and finished a lot of things over the phone since I was coming out of state. They are a small family dealership and I would purchase another vehicle from Seacost MAZDA in the future. Thanks guys!!!

My experience with seacoast Mazda was overall pleasant. Their sales representatives were helpful and knowledgeable. I dealt with Mike W, Chance, and sales manager John, all of whom provided me with a friendly non-aggressive deal process. Ultimately I was able to get an equitable lease for a trustworthy car.

I first spoke and met John who directed me to Brian. The guys worked with me to give me the accessories I wanted in the price range I could afford. And best of all this entire process took less than 3 hours start to finish. Amazing!nnBefore delivery, my vehicle was cleaned, fueled and even the required State Inspection was done (which was a pleasant surprise).nnI am very happy with my purchase and look forward to seeing the guys again when I return for my 1st oil change.nnThank you Seacoast Mazda. Bought a 2021 CX-5nnReliable cars at an affordable price. Mazda is really stepping up. Furthermore, Seacoast Mazda was probably the best car buying experience I've encountered thus far (and I swap cars quite often).nnBrian, one of the sales people, was great. No BS. No unnecessary games. The sales manager, whom I believe was also a Brian, was straight to the point on price and service.nnLastly, I've never purchased a maintenance plan or warranty; however, if you do the math, these guys do it right. Their aim is to keep customer retention rates high. They do this by offering discounted routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc.nnThe car: should it remain reliable, I'd deem it one of the best commuting cars out there.nnThe Dealer: No BS. Fair prices. Easily to deal with.

I recently purchased my new 2019 CX-9 at Seacoast Mazda and it was by far the BEST experience I’ve had at a dealership. I worked directly with Taylor and Ryan and both were patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. They weren’t in any way pushy, gave me my space to think and answered every question I had with ease. I feel they were very honest and genuine with their answers and the entire experience felt really comfortable. Even though I was there with my husband, they addressed me directly and understood that it was my purchase and it showed. (If you’re a woman and have ever had to buy a car, you know why this is an important statement.) Taylor took the time to sit with me in my new car to go over every option and helped me set up the entire cars’ system before I left, even though it was 7pm and I’m sure his day was done. I never felt rushed, it’s incredible. To top it all off, Ryan was able to get me an even better interest rate the NEXT DAY and called to let me know. This has to be, bar none, the best customer service I’ve had. I will absolutely be purchasing my cars at Seacoast Mazda from this moment on, and am very happy to be able to give them these five stars.
