The service rep, Ethel Brown, was very courteous and informative. She listened to my issue and evaluated the problem while I was in the dealership. She later called me to inform me that the service department was unable to replicate the problem. She suggested that a transmission fluid change might resolve the intermittent problem.nnI am pleased with the dealership however I am very disappointed with GMC because I have seen multiple posts on the internet talk about the same transmission issue and GMC doesn't believe it is a problem worth fixing.

Great service at holloway i have been going to you for over 20 years and never had a bad experience with the service dept .... they make u feel like family during every visit!!!!!
