I've been having Suzann do our Families taxes for years now. Always been a pleasant experience. Suzann is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. One meeting with Suzann and you'll feel like family.nThanks Suzann for all your hard and super friendly work.nBrian & Teresa

Being a native of generations in the York County community and my husband a Portsmouth native we feel it is our obligation to inform our community about the horrific experience we had when we went to the accountant Susan Glidden.nThe attitude and demeanor we encountered was appalling and unprofessional. from the beginning to the end, she was unnecessarily rude and degraded our intellect. She was not responsive to phone calls, emails or any other means of communication. When questions arose, she became defensive , unapproachable and unavailable. The situation escalated to police involvement as she was holding our completed taxes hostage and refused to cooperate. Hinesight after doing research on other CPA's in the community, her fees are outrageous and NOT worth it especially considering the treatment experienced.nIn conclusion, we have NEVER written a negative review for any business in our community but felt very strongly about warning others whom may be thinking of using Susan Gliddens Services.

Suzann Glidden is fantastic! She's what you want in an accountant: knowledgeable, informative, helpful, accommodating, assuring, and easy to like. I had what I thought was a major screw up (on my part) with a filing with the IRS. I thought it was the end of the world. She thought it was no big deal, and assured me so. She was right! She was able to guide me through the process and the entire matter is now resolved. Had I called her six months earlier than I did, I would have save myself a ton of worry.nnAnd she's great with Quickbooks too. For that I should have called her years ago!nnGot tax or financial questions? Do yourself a favor. Call Suzann Glidden.
