We are from Massachusetts and found BrickhousenMoters on Facebook we were hesitant to make the trip to New Hampshire to potentially buy a car , but I will say it only took two trips to feel comfortable making the purchase . Mike our salesman could not be more honest and up front . They deliver honesty and hide nothing . I’m more than please with my vehicle and experience from the staff at Brick House Motors. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike and he made me feel comfortable and was very attentive to my needs. He wasn’t pushy and worked very hard to find just the right vehicle for me, within my budget. I settled on a nice 2004 Honda Civic and couldn’t be happier. I can’t say enough good things about Mike and the staff at Brick House Motors!

Wouldn’t consider this place a dealership. Drove to the “dealer lot” to look at the car before they closed; it just was a house and the jeep I was interested in wasnt even there. The owner had it at his house (not that big a deal). Had plans to meet up with cash ready to buy a vehicle. We had a scheduled time. Without any heads up, they sold the vehicle from underneath me. Instead of letting me know or double checking that we were still on they sold it. Clearly just worried about money and not customer satisfaction. Unprofessional.
