Had a really bad experience with this one. I love AJ'S but this one was rude when I asked them to fix the super tart cappuccino frojo. They wanted me to pay for another, hope they taste it and see how bad it is. Doesn't taste like any other AJ's from here to Portland maine. Definitely can't recommend, I'd go to any other one in the area as there's several.
The food and coffee is great however if you're trying to get anywhere in a hurry you better off to try a dunkin' donuts or even a Cumberland farms because they take a while to get you order completed
Everyone there is so nice and always speedy with the line. They staff always have great recommendations and the food is always hot and fresh. Much better than any starbucks
Just left after standing at the order window for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged by the chick at the order window. Clearly they are having computer issues with their system, which is completely fine and understandable. But not even being ACKNOWLEDGED while we’re standing there starring at them less than two feet away from us for 10 minutes? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Good coffee. Terrible service.
