I called to speak to a manager regarding a sensitive situation of fraud and larceny the assistant manager Steve very argument of telling me that I'm not listening to him as I'm asking to speak to a manager hes making a decision that he is not responsible for the case and they cannot do much can you believe I bank with these people maybe I need to make a bigger decision of who I change banks with... The ignorance of him may have caused my 20 year account with the bank.
They need to change their slogan because they are clearly NOT America’s most convenient bank. I’ve been a customer for over a decade because they were open 7 days a week. I work crazy hours so, this worked for me. Well not anymore! I’ll be withdrawing every dime and finding a new bank!!!
