Cascade Campground

Nice mix of long term seasonal sites and weekender sites. Even sites for tents. Bathrooms are nothing fancy but they are clean. Snack bar looks old but the food is good. We've bern there twice, once in a travel trailet and once in a motorhome.

When offering WiFi because they have very limited amenities they shut it off every night at 8 and turn it back on after 12pm. Would have been nice to be told that while trying to do work while family was here camping. No paperwork at checkin to tell about activities or anything about campground.

Spent six years here with my husband and kids. Up until this year we really loved the campground. Although there was little to no activities at all mainly for kids, we really loved it. This place was our second home. My kids couldn’t wait to get back to camp when we’d go home for the week. We are very quiet people. No parties. No late nights. No issues. No warnings. Very laid back (have two young kids). We were a very well liked family by many many people in the campground. Due to one mistake being made the awfully rude owner and her boyfriend got in my husbands face and screamed at him and literally kicked us out of the campground. We weren’t the only ones who made this mistake but yet do to favoritism they only got warnings. But throw out a family with kids who’s never ever caused any issues ever. The best part is the owner never even knew myself let alone my kids or husband. But everyone in that place is horrified of her. She is incredibly mean and her boyfriend is just as bad if not worse. They have no problem to scream in your face and swear at you. She’ll speed literally speed through the campground going at least 30 mph (speed limit is 5 mph). The way they handled this TERRIBLE situation was so sickening. We were treated like we committed a murder. Then received a letter in the mail stating we had to remove our belongings by a certain date which was only a day away!!!!!!!!! They lied and said there equipment was broken and wouldn’t help us tow our camper up to the top parking lot. The woman who works in the store talked so inappropriately to my husband and was so nasty to him when he was completely respectful. This is only some of what happened. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I have never seen such horrible, cruel staff in my life. Especially after the owners daughter sent me a letter telling me my family can now suffer. Disturbing on so many levels. If you enjoy tons of drama and evil people this is your place.

great campground for weekend camping, clean sites, and for seasonal campers. Lots of activities. Weekly horseshoe. darts and cribbage games. Great weekend meals at the snack shack. Great staff.
