Beautiful trails! Some places were a bit of a challenge but pretty easy to do. You're completely surrounded by nature no matter where you are. Definitely one of our new favorites!

Came to scout out if I should do a Puzzle Adventure Lab (part of geocaching) here. There was a map of the trees at the entrance so we decided to go backwards from 22 to 1. These are nice trails but we think we went the more strenuous way today. The hill climbs were very hard on such a muggy day and it was a little wet. I gave it 5 stars as it's a very beautiful hike in an urban area. There even could be a really nice waterfall to view when the creek is running for one of the bridges. When I read other reviews, I got the impression that it was an easy hike and I didn't go prepared for the steep hills. If you go, make sure you take plenty of water or Gatorade, especially on a hot day. Be careful when it's wet as it can be really slippery and I'd wear nice hiking shoes. We never went back to the fort or looked for the lone geocache placed here as we were too exhausted by the time we got close to the entrance. Next time we'll follow the trail from 1 to 22 but, overall, we loved the identified trees and nature area.

We walk this trail fairly often but it is not in great shape. There are several trees down blocking the path, erosion of the trail, and a couple of metal bar type things sticking out of the ground just high enough to injure yourself on but not high enough to easily spot.

I enjoyed the walk. The trail we walked on was a moderate difficulty, at least in the mud we were in but enjoyable for a city trail. Trails are narrow and a bit difficult with the 3 dogs we have but again, probably more because of the mud. We'll definitely go back when its dry. I would recommend doing the same if you're just looking for a light hike

Always clean and well kept. My dogs and I love to come here all the time!
