Original manager (Ralph) made a point of telling us how secure and safe these new units are... new manager (Dan) goes out of his way to tell us that a mouse infested... water soaked storage area is perfectly fine, and they aren’t responsible! New mattress! 2 year old love seat destroyed by a massive amount of water, and a storage unit over run by mice! My retired. veteran daughter... left with replacing a $1,000 mattress!, $2,000 for a water soaked 60 inchSamsung TV...all her clothes covered in mice feces! Her near new love seat was destroyed by the water! They brag about how good their facility is.... until it fails... then... they wave a contract that says they aren’t responsible... wish I could give 0 stars!
This facility is perfectly located and is managed by professionals. I have rented many storage units over the years, with that being said. I would recommend Goffstown Back Road Storage to anyone looking for a Storage unit.
This storage company is clean and well kept with 24 hour access and decent prices.
Manager is super nice! He was very helpful in our time of need. We were really stuck and he helped us out of a bind.
The new manager is extremely disrespectful I was shocked at the way he spoke to some young kids and then to see that he made them push there atvs out of the storage area to go next door to ride on the trails located beside the storage property
