Always had prompt, professional and courteous service here. Very clean store. This store and the Rite Aid on Mammoth Rd. in Manchester offer the best associates and technicians and the best pharmacists around.

First visit my prescription is out of stock. Don't know when they'll get it, no offer to check other locations. Instead of sitting around guessing, the next day I transfer it to Walmart myself and they have it ready in a few hours. Not impressed with rite aid. On a positive note, the store was almost empty, no waiting.

The pharmacist was fine and answered my questions. The other two workers were rude, impatient and didn’t say one kind word. Of course, there was an insurance question, like there always is and I was asked to drive around the building 5 times so they could help the people behind me. At one point the girl asked me to drive around again because she didn’t want to make the person behind me wait! This time I said no and the pharmacist had my prescription ready in just a few minutes!! This prescription was for my 84 year old mother, who gets chemotherapy and can’t go in the store. She has Medicaid and supplemental insurance and has never had a problem anywhere else.

Everyone I've come in contact with at this Pharmacy has been incredibly helpful and friendly. When I check out at the pharmacy I always feel like the technitions go out of their way to be friendly and make sure you understand the medication you're getting.

Horrible pharmacy service. Technicians/staff have never cracked a smile...EVER. Simple prescription? That will be 20 minutes. Only it won't. It will probably be an hour because you will have to come back again - maybe even twice. And they enjoy sending you away and making you wait. Would give no stars if that was an option. Nothing more frustrating than dealing with these spent spinsters. I'm in line again now . It's been 50 minutes for amoxicillin tablets. And again not even a shred of friendliness.. even when I smile at her and say thank you. Yep thanks a bunch Linda !Try walgreens
