Rudy's Cabins and Campground

Thru-hiking the Cohos Trail southbound and stayed at rudys campgrounds. One of the sweetest ladies I've ever met. She picked us up on a dirt road because she knew we would have had to walk up a Long Hill. She was very very hospitable. Offer to get a quarters to take a shower that night (830pm) which would have been an additional drive for her. She showed us the bathhouse and made sure we were at the campsite super close to it. After hiking 21 miles that meant a lot to us. Next day she offered to drive us back to the trail. Talk about hospitality. If you hike, drive atvs, snowmobiles, or you want to leaf peep I would recommend Rudys Campground!

The cabin is a great place to stay direct atv access, quiet, great sunsets. Clean ,cozy, and feels like home. This is a hidden gem.

I had a great time Here! I came here back in late June this year to hike the Cohos trail. We were hiking from Dixville notch to the fourth Connecticut Lake. We stayed here for 3 nights of the trip. I was with my dad. The owners were great! On the last day we stayed here they were hosting one of their summer parties. They invited us over! I had a great time at the party, too! I would totally come back here again and again! I love camping at Rudy’s. I will never forget the experience. Thank you so much!

Absolutely beautiful place!! Awesome private cabins!! Cabins were fully furnished, and had everything you need for cooking/eating, only thing missing is your food. If you ride atv's and SXS's, there's trail access from the campground so once you get there, no need to drive your regular vehicle anywhere once you get there! You can access stores and gas stations from the trails.nThe owners are very pleasant, down to earth people, very friendly! I've been to the campground twice, and can't wait to go back!!
