Almost every time I come here I have to come back because they forget something. Tried to order food for my boss and coworkers here today and I had to come back THREE separate times by the time it was fixed I didn’t even want to eat. No receipt, and they neglected to tell me their deal was over at 4. The only explanation for all of this was that their systems were acting funny? What does that have to do with you forgetting my order? Definitely never coming back

Messed up order :( fries was cold!

Had a mixed experience on my fist time through. The drive-through order taker did not clarify something he should have about my order. After I got my meal I noticed that I did not get what I thought I should have gotten, so I went back through the drive-through once again to get a blizzard and to explain my order mix up. The guy was rude and explained I did not order what I wanted. When I drove up to the window to get my order, I was met by the manager, who apparently had listened in on what was going on between me and her order taker employee. She apologized for the mix up, explained how that might have happened, and totally diffused what would have been a one-star experience for me. She made it a four star for sure. Maybe next time I can give them 5 stars.

My son loved the ice cream he got there and the guy on the drive through was enthusiastic and super nice.

Great job dealing with tons and tons of cars last night in the drive through, had one mistake on our order and quickly fixed it.
