Mountain View Service Center

I just had new tires and transmission lines replaced. They did a wonderful job! This is going to be the place I bring my car from now on. Employees there are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them!

Very Expensive

Excellent experience all around - friendly, professional and knowledgeable!

On the way to Conway yesterday (over 2 hours from home) my strut/shock completely snapped. I was 3 miles from Mountain View and I called and spoke w/ Cindy - she told me that their bays were all full but they would take a look in the parking lot. Once she diagnosed the problem she helped recommend other local shops that I might be able to tow it to and even helped me make some calls. After around 8 calls with no success, she said she would move some things around and fit me in for the afternoon. We were able to call a taxi to continue on with our riving tubing plans for the afternoon and they had it fixed quickly (for a very fair price) so we were back on the road later that day. AMAZING customer service! If I lived locally I would have all future repairs done here!
