Chocorua Mountain RV

This rv repair shop is the best. I had a hydraulic leak and no one would help in the field. Their repairman (Jeff) scheduled and showed up on time. Spent a few hours and went to Napa to pickup a new hose and fitting to fix my issue. My wife had overpaid the bill. The repairman returned and provided us the difference. Highly recommend this RV shop when in the NH White Mountains. Thanks

Seems like they focus more on rentals than service. We were happy to discover a local RV repair place since there are not many options in the area. During a phone call the owner agreed to meet us at a compground in North Conway to repair a broken slide. We obtained the part needed, and called back to arrange a time. We called five times and left messages, none were returned. Great way to run a business and get new customers!

If there was a way to give 0 stars, that's what I would have done. Unfortunately, they only want customers money and don't care about service. We rented their Sandpiper trailer for 7 days during October, 2018 as we wanted to see the NE fall and it was parked in Cannon RV Park in Franconia Notch. They delivered the trailer with two Propane tanks - one completely empty and the other lasted only 2 days. We did not even use hot water for shower or heating. Just used to heat food and make tea and the tank went empty at night. We had to scramble to get the tanks filled that night as it was really getting cold at night. We understand that these things can happen and how someone probably overlooked filling the tanks before delivering them to us. But when we asked them for credit for filling the propane tanks, they refused! Actually, they did not even have the courtesy to reply to my emails. It was only $54 for filling the propane tanks and they actually got back almost full propane tanks when they gave us empty ones. These guys are crooks and would not do business with them.

This is the perfect destination to add to your bucket list. Every summer me and my family make it a point to hike this incredible mountain. At the top of the mountain you will find a view that is well worth the 3.6 mile hike. I personally would recommend making the journey early in the morning so you can experience a breathtaking sunrise.
