Sacred Circle Wellness

I have been going to Sacred Circle Wellness for a while now. Renee is awesome, very knowledgeable. She has always met my needs. We briefly discuss any concerns I'm having. Renee then adapts the type of massage that would be best for me. I highly recommend her.

I have been working with Renee for over a year now. We started with abdominal massages and tips on how to get my body ready to bare a child after struggling with ovarian cysts and endometriosis. Renee was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me get in-tuned with my body and cycle. Once I did become pregnant, I joined her 6 week prenatal yoga class and scheduled prenatal massages. Renee is a wonderful teacher and an even better massage therapist. She made my pregnant body relaxed and comfortable through the hard months. She always went out of her way to stay in contact and make sure I was doing well and helped with postpartum supplies from her herbal shop! The value of the services that Renee offers is priceless. The day I visited, I received a Maya Abdominal Massage treatment which has been life changing for my irritable digestive system. Renee worked to relax my whole body to set up my nervous system to receive the abdominal massage work. Just awesome. We had some seriously sore and tight muscles from hiking. I could barely make it down a set of stairs. This really loosened things up, relieved the pain, made me mobile again. She really knows what she’s doing. I recommend and will return.
