J.Crew Factory

Always a great experience here at J Crew in Settler's Green! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful every time. I have found several articles of clothing I absolutely HAD to have, and the crew there make excellent outfit recommendations. Great deals as well. Every experience is great, and there will be many more!

I enjoyed shopping at the J.Crew Factory at Settlers Green in North Conway as there is a great selection of quality clothing at good values and discounts. There is a large amount of choices for clothing options for casual or business wear and everything in between that is able to cover all occasions. I really liked the tie and sock section as I was able to find a couple of items that I purchased. The staff here is wonderful and helpful and did their part to add to the shopping experience. This is store that is well run.

Extremely rude staff. The manager of this store started to discipline my kid who touched something and scared a 3 years old to tears. He was running to me crying.nI will never go to any J.Crew store again. On-line shopping only.

We were the only people in the store, could not get anyone to come to the changing room to try on some sweaters. On of the girls was on her IPad the other was busy folding, ignoring the customers. Another customer came in after us and had the same problem. We both left, will try a J Crew in my hometown, which has better service.

Good selection, many dressing rooms. I always leave with something.
