Fragrance Outlet

Rude b!tches at the North Conway Fragrance Outlet today! It is not likely that I will ever shop there again. I spent $300+, and to add insult to injury..one of the perfume bottles was chipped! Never again, they can kiss my @$$.

This store associate was so rude. She was too busy having an attitude to help me and give me the right perfume. Was on her phone, rolled her eyes when I walked in. I literally Named AND pointed to the one I wanted. I assumed she grabbed the right one. Get back to the hotel, wrong one. Call and tell her she gave me the wrong one, attitude again, was told they open at 9 the next day come swap it. One problem. She lied about their opening time knowing I had said that we needed to absolutely be gone to our next destination by 9:30. They opened at 10. I found out the hard way. I’m furious. We will see if the website customer service fixes this.

The girl is wonderful. She knows her stuff. Found what I needed and she helped me find a new fragrance. Compliments already on fragrance!
