I took my six-year-old car to be detailed. I keep it pretty clean but I was astounded by how much cleaner it looked when done - like off the showroom floor. I have WeatherTech floor mats which I have tried to clean myself; they not only cleaned them but shined them so they look brand new. They conditioned the leather seats, dashboard and doors. Cleaned all the hidden crevices in door jambs and hatch. The surface scratches on the hood are gone. I highly recommend. Well worth the price.
I bought a Ford Focus from them and within two days of having it, all the struts needed replacing but they refused anything was wrong as well as a vent ty rod which they just bent back into shape and one tire got worn bald within the week that they bent the ty rod back. Now I still need $1300 in work and a battery to fix it. I’ve never had a car that came inspected and everything have this many issues and they refused to fix the struts alone which shouldn’t have passed as they were horrible.
I bought a car from Albany Auto and who knew the transmission would go 3 months later? Mark and Lori are doing their best to get me a new transmission and helping me out and not leaving me stranded with out a vehicle.
