Portland Glass of North Conway

They did a great job scheduling my appointment and replacing the glass but when I opened my hood a lot of the rivets to reconnect the interior parts were not attached or broken and laying inside the car instead of being replaced. My car starter part was not reconnected to my wind shield also and was left hanging by my mirror.

I am a local Realtor, and was showing a house with an older single paned glass door that stuck a little bit. I pushed it with my hip to open it and it shattered!! I was mortified but called Portland Glass. They sent someone out to help me within the hour, and were so helpful and truly saved the day! I thought for sure it would be weeks before anyone could get there, so I was SO pleasantly surprised when they took pity on me and came out the same day. Thank you Vern!!!

Overall, they did a great job. All employees were professional and friendly. It did take a little longer for the new glass to be installed,, but I think it was due to COVID-19 issues. I would certainly use them again and strongly recommend them to others.

I had a quote from Pella for $5,000+, Portland Glass worked with me and I only had to replace some of the window panes for $600+!nnCustomer service was amazing and the guys that replaced the windows were friendly, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.nnCall them and make an appointment!

The staff at Portland Glass were amazingly accomodating with my vehicle windshield replacement. Wendy even took time to call the estimator to explain why the windshield could not be fixed and had to be replaced. Great customer service - I'd recommend these folks to anyone!
