White Mountain Harley-Davidson

STORE MANAGER KIRA IS AMAZING!! I bought a bling mask in the summer and my daughter from Vegas took it from me and I thought I could just buy another from my local Harley store (I live in Mass) but none of my stores had them. I went back up to NH in Nov and the store was sold out. Kira went above and beyond contacting other stores in NH and when they didn't have any she found a store in California that had them and she had them shipped to her store than shipped to my house! That is AMAZING customer service :) She could have just said they were sold out like most stores would have did but she kept searching. This store is very lucky to have her!

They do not sell parts any longer. I did not know that, and went there with my bike stranded looking for a battery. The two women working went out of their way to make calls to local shops and get me and my son back on the road. I cannot say enough how awesome they were, and how appreciative I am to how we were treated . 10 stars

Ladyt that was working was awesome! What a great person! Took our photo in our shirts! Just a pleasant experience.

Great Harley shop. The woman that is always there when I go in is super nice and helpful and really knows her stuff.
