I drove over an hour to see these folks. They were very responsive during the initial online and phone process. Matthew and Ryan were great! Treated me very well. Made sure I was taken care of and didn’t have any questions. I have been working hard on my credit score for almost a year and I was skeptical they would be able to get a payment I could afford. They did and even threw in a power train warranty on my used WRX! They even followed up with me to make sure I made it home safely! Definitely honest, caring, friendly staff. I’ve purchased many vehicles over my lifetime from dealerships and I’ve always been so stressed through the process with this purchase there was no stress at all it was very smooth and easy. Matt was great with getting me out of my car. He stayed by my side the whole time and knew when I was getting overwhelmed with information. Everyone put their heads together and was able to get me into a vehicle that I was happy with, and a payment that was in my price range. My truck went into the shop due to a warranty defect. They worked hard to get the part in a timely manner, even though it was back ordered. They kept in touch with me weekly and notified me when the part came in and had the truck ready the next day. I would recommend them for sales and service any day.
