The staff was not very friendly

Food and service from the cashier were great. However, if you are at all concerned about COVID, do not come here. The woman making all of the food had her mask around her chin the entire time. The manager even talked to her at one point about trying on a new shirt, and never said anything about her mask. A customer came in without a mask despite many signs clearly stating they are required, and nobody said or did anything. Could not get out of there fast enough.

I ordered a quarter pounder and what I got was a quarter pounder with cheese which I did not want. The hamburger was split in half part of it was on the bun the other half was in the box it was a total mess but I was hungry and put it back together and ate it. I was not happy with the presentation of the burger and it didn't taste all that great. I wish I had taken a photo of it. So I guess it will be a while before I go back to McDonald's.

So this is just like any other McDonald's.. however it does have the play center for children which is a plus. Yet, during my last visit, I had to come back 3 times!, Just to get my chicken sandwich made the way I asked. The first time was completely wrong and made the way it's advertised. The second time they forgot the cheese, and the third time was made correct.

Ya know I rarely ever go to McDonald's because I lost faith in good service from them. But wow I'm in town Vacationing and me and my daughter figured let's give a shot and to no surprise putting my order I'm being rushed and given attitude for no reason. I'm sorry I wanted 2 meals instead of one. That female manager or whoever with the black hair on Friday night 1/15 a little after 8pm, really needs to be replaced with someone more professional. Terrible service. I asked for a refund on my frappe because I been waiting 10 mins and I can see the frustration I was getting just for requesting one. And to no surprise I get a mean eye roll,plus a window slam. Terrible staff and terrible leadership. Once again I will not be returning returning to any McDonald's because of this experience
