We HIGHLY recommend Ron's Towing. The truck arrived promptly (we were in the outback). Our driver was very kind, courteous, and helpful. He helped us find a repair shop, rental vehicle, and a motel(as it was late). Now that's real roadside assistance. If we could give a 10 star review we would.

Ron's Towing has always been there when I have needed their help. Ive used them multiple times over the past 9 years I've lived in the NE Panhandle. I live out of town from the Scottsbluff/Gering area and was traveling when my vehicle required a tow over the July 4th holiday weekend. AAA tried to locate a local/area towing company and was unable to find anyone willing or able to tow. AAA advised that I would need to stay with/near the vehicle for up to 3 hours while waiting for them to locate a towing company able to tow to Gering, NE where Russel's Transmission is located (the only place I would take a vehicle for transmission service in the NE Panhandle). Ron's called just 15 minutes! after I got off the call with AAA and made arrangements to get my vehicle towed safely to Russel's. The employee I worked with was fantastic. While I do not know their rates because I have AAA, I know they are very successful and highly regarded in the region so I would imagine they are competitive. I would highly recommend Ron's for anyone looking for professional, quality towing and roadside service.

A friend of mine had his spouse take a small vacation to the SCDC and their car got towed about 20 miles. The guy's were kind and worked with us on the bill saving approximately 300!!
