Rosi's Chinese Express

Rosi's is great. I have been a customer of theirs since they started out in the mall. Silvestre and family are the greatest. I'm allergic to onions and they always make mine without I really appreciate that. Friendly and courteous.

Will never eat here again!!!! I ordered sweet and sour chicken for my baby and I to share. Sweet and sour chicken is the only Chinese food I’ll order so I never even look at the menu. When my tray was handed to me with sweet and SPICY chicken, I nicely asked if it was sweet and sour. The man said “you didn’t order that, you ordered sweet and spicy.” And I explained to him I wouldn’t order anything spicy for my baby so I know I ordered sweet and sour just as I always do. He continued to argue and said he knew what he heard and refused to refund me so I could just eat somewhere else. I later also realized he charged me for extra food that I also did not order and continued to blame me. I’ve worked in restaurants most of my adult life and it’s just horrible customer service on his part!!!!! He was so rude to me!!!! 0 stars for today experience!!!!

Super friendly service and fast delicious food hit the spot maybe drop till I was hot I couldn't stop it if I want that food was hot hot hot some like it in the pot pot pot but that food was everything they got..

Absolutely the best place Scottsbluff to eat! Pleasant atmosphere, good food and reasonably priced. Oh, and the helpings are big enough, even get to bring some home for midnight snacking!ud83dude0c
