Jimmy John's

Sandwich was good and staff was nice but it was extremely extremely slow as far as Jimmy John's claim to be fast. We waited in line over 20 minutes. This should be brought to management

Sandwiches are awesome, fresh as always. Although some of staff need to pay attention to customers and stay off their phones when there's a long line of cars waiting. Happened more than once.

I asked SPECIFICALLY for two unwiches yesterday with NO DRESSINGS OR ANYTHING ON THEM. I ASKED FOR MEAT AND VEGGIES ONLY AND EVERYTHING ELSE ON THE SIDE. Instead they were slathered in mayo and a complete mushy mess. This is how you kill people with food sensitivities. $20.00 in sandwiches that had to be thrown away. I'll NEVER use this Jimmy John's again because they just don't care. I guess the employer must not care because they've taught their employees to not care.

I ordered 1 sandwich and 1 bag of chips for delivery. An hour after I placed my order I received my food. When I got it, the bread was so hard and dry, my cuban sandwich had 3 slices of ham, 1 slice of cheese and 2 pieces of bacon. I could literally hit my table with the bread and it wouldn't break, that's how hard it was. Pretty disappointed that I waited as long as I did for delivery and paid $10 for something that was inedible. Don't order the Cuban especially if it's going to be for delivery...

Ordered food , got charged more then what the total said and never got my money back . Worst customer service
