The staff is amazing! Great laughs and wonderful service! Kayla makes scheduling very easy and quotes are spot on. Vehicles are always completed in a timely manner. The work they do is an A+++! I will not take my vehicles anywhere else!
So I am a newcomer to the area and when my BMW needed some love I was very fearful about trusting it to a stranger. I met Jerry and told him my concerns and he assured me that his company could handle it and they did an awesome job. The only exception was getting parts and they could not control that. I turned around and took my Dodge Ram in and similar results. Fast complete work and then to top it all off he followed up with a call a week later just to see how the cars were running. That is great service.
Kayla is the best and awesome at what she does! She was quick with getting me prompt answers and answering all of my questions when I called in asking for an opinion on my car! She was very professional and so fun to talk with!! I'll be recommending my friends and family to come and see her for sure!!
We took my car in on Friday, June 28th for a wheel bearing fix. They had our estimate ready by 8:00 AM and our vehicle was done by 4:00 PM! We only take our vehicles to the best and Twin City Auto lived up to that! The staff was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We definitely reccomend bringing your vehicles here as they did amazing with ours. Very trustworthy and honest work.
