Would not recommend this business. Arrived in Gering Ne on Tuesday with fifth wheel slide issues. Called Wednesday and left message asking for help, no reply by Thursday morning. Went over to there location and spoke to receptionist who showed little concern, explained the problem and we had to leave RV site Saturday. She said he was busy but would try and get to us later! No one came and no phone call. I called them and was told “He got behind and would try and get to us Friday am”. Friday came and went , no technician and not even a phone call to say we cannot make it. Poor customer service.
Bought a Green Mountain Grill here. The grill I received had an issue with the paint. I called and they had a new grill ready to go the same day. Very nice people with great customer care. If you're in the market for a new grill I highly recommend High Plains Spas.
Not the friendliest people seem to be grouchy Everytime I have had to deal with them
These guys were great in helping a newbie like me understand how to take care of my new hot tub. They didn’t try to push extra products. They told me exactly what to do and when. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience! We were traveling through and had steps & air conditioning issues. They got us in the next morning and helped us move on. Friendly and reasonable.
