Justin is the perfect example of outstanding customer service! I have dealt with him on 3 different occasions with a flat tire, oil change, and tire rotation. He’s very informative, honest and professional. He made sure my car was taken care of and every time he saw me he was giving me updates on where they were with my vehicle. He went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer when I left. Because of him I will continue to be a loyal customer here for my tires and oil changes. Thank you so much Justin!!! The team was fast and did an awesome job on my car
They were quick only took an hour to change all 4 tires to brand new goodyear tires.
It took them 3 hours to put 4 tires on my car. The guy putting the tires could not have walked or worked any slower. I would not recommend them
I went in on Black Friday with four defective tires they quickly assessed the situation. They then gave me four new tires put them on within the hour and made sure everything was right with my car. Great people with great management. Thank you Kevin for taking care of my tires. I would highly recommend this Wal-Mart tire center.
