Paid $0 dollars for Ken to help me discover my window relay had broken, and then he secured it for me to make it home without it falling. Then also ran a check engine light diagnostic to find out I needed new spark plugs. Then showed me how to replace them. VERY nice guy and clean shop.

Completely dishonest, unethical, and disgusting business practices. My mother in law lost her dream car after going in for body work and paint. He kept the vehicle for 3 years only giving it back after she paid a lawyer to take him to court. He claimed the $7,000 she paid upfront wasn’t enough, he needed another $9,000 more because of all the work he put into it. He tore apart her engine, which did not need worked in AT ALL, and was not part of the work he had agreed to. He destroyed her vehicle. It wasn’t salvageable when she got it towed away from his business.nnKen is a disgrace. I urge everyone to steer clear from this business.nnHe has shut down his Facebook page in a cloud of humiliation over the reviews he is receiving. I’m not sure if he can shut down a google page, but I’m hoping he can’t. The public needs to be warned!

Ruined my classic 1961 Ford Falcon took my money though but couldn’t deliver my car back it took him three years to ruin my car he’s a weasel knows how to rob people from their hard earned money

I am truly disappointed by my visit with Ken the Car Doctor. I was made feel comfortable and confident about my decision in using them by friendly staff. Although the day after I picked my car up from a two-day diagnostic check it was making a strange noise, it had never made before. When I opened my hood to take a look around I found that the hose to my air intake was completely loose and had come off. This type of negligence should never be acceptable! I have photos to prove it. Unfortunately, google will not let me attach the image. This has only made me more concerned in regards to other aspects of my vechile not being fully put together the way they should have been. Utterly disappointed and thoroughly upset. (If I could leave a lower star rating -- I would have).

Ken, thank you so very much for your speedness on fixing my vehicle ( whole day early) and the affordability of doing it all. He replaced my ac compressor on my suv. He has gained all my service.
