Sears Hometown Store

The store itself is okay. BUT I purchased a Refrigerator on Nov 27 with the understanding that it would be in on December 4th. I had to call to find out that it had not arrived. I was given 3 dates since, but I had to make the inquiry each time. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE keeping me up to date. Very disappointing that a month later I STILL do not have it.

This Sears Hometown Store in Chadron has come through for me more than once now. Great to have such a fine resource in this relatively isolated part of the country. It's their Customer Service that is truly exceptional in my estimation. No judgement there, as one need not judge facts. Duly and sincerely appreciated.nnMike knows his business well, runs a tight ship, and is real. As noted in several of my reviews about various businesses, this fine owner knows the right stuff: It's all about building relationships. You may find an honorable business somewhere equaling the qualities of the Chadron Sears Hometown Store but I dare say that you'll not ever find any finer. Well done, people, please carry on...

Great customer service.

Great service! The staff was very helpful in answering questions and knowledgeable about the product we eventually bought. We are lucky to have a Sears Hometown store in Chadron.
