We were traveling through Norfolk and really impressed by this store.nTo start with, I found out that a spice I usually end up purchasing at big box stores for $4+ was only $2.50. It's not only this particular product- the owners work hard to keep overhead low and pass on really affordable prices for the customer ( very rare in the health food industry ). Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly, and a good variety of selection. Wish this store was closer to where we live -

I just happened to be in the right place at the right time. I walked in and was greeted , asked if they could help me find something. Which they researched and found it. Typical, but there was more to it, an ability to connect with the customer in a genuine way that made you happy just to be there. I saw so many items that I could have loaded my truck up and shipped the whole store home. WOW... If your ever in Norfolk which is famous for being the birthplace of Johnny Carson stop in say hello and take a look around. We need to support good places and good people like this. Two thumbs up...

My favorite place in all of Norfolk to shop! Love the owners! Have known them for over 20 years. Can't say enough good things about them! I have bought so many things are. I can't even begin to tell you all the wonderful things that I have tried and loved!

For a health store, the prices are really good! And the owners are so helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. It's awesome to have such a great resource here in Norfolk. I love the produce there, you have to try the bananas, they're so much better than regular bananas. And their grocery section has lots of cool finds.
