A gem within within the gem of the Nebraska panhandle: Alliance, Nebraska. Could easily sit here for an hour in the low-light ambiance of dusk or dawn, either one, the fountain gracing this lovely park with its constantly changing lights and form, physically maintained consistently and meticulously well. Have never met anyone living here or otherwise who have not come away from this fountain and park while expressing anything but a positive experience as well as the desire to return. It's just one of those many niceties that make Alliance, Nebraska such a fine place to live.
Love to have a picnic and watch the fountain. At night the lights make it a magical place.

A trick to find due to road work. Glad we stopped for picnic lunch and a nice walk. Cool fountain. It is listed on the list of national historic places.
