Much better service tonight. I had the Biggie bag and loved the Awesome sauce. Everything was great. They can't figure out if I paid via the app.

The food is usually very good and ingredients are fresh. I like that they stay open later. The menu offers a nice selection. Usually only use drive-thru so cant really comment on lobby.

My food was hot as expected, however one of my chicken blt sandwiches was marked as a cheeseburger and had cheese on it(I didn't order it like that). Maybe a little more attention to detail, I would have given 5 stars.

Was not greeted by counter teammate. Ordered and then was handed my salad asap, however there was no chicken on it. I had to wait for the teammate to come back to state my order was not complete. Current climate is challenging but would recommend for the front staff to be friendly and want to do the best job they can do.

Chili was not normal this day... Too thick... Probably old... I love the chili otherwise.
