There has to be a better way to do this. Just having 1 person running things is rough.nIt seriously takes 3-6 hours to get what you need done, on a good day! There has to be a better way. Perhaps more staff? Or open more days?
Have tried twice to get address change on driver’s license. Arrive at 11:45 sent away when two people in office had no one they were helping. Second time arrived at 11:20 and they came out at 11:45 and sent me away again to return at 12:45. Feel they should be more accommodating.
Employees openly express dislike for their job. This place does not work for anyone who has a schedule. In total, we waisted 2hrs and 15 minutes on an address change that should have taken 5 minutes tops.
Very helpful very understanding
both examiners/employees there are very rude and hostile, the inconvenience of hours is very burdensome when working on a schedule. The dmv is a cigarbox inside the courthouse/ registers office. The employees are generally cold, disconnective and inhospitable towards anyone who walks in; seemingly out of hobby. They get off on being jerks. The driving examiners also use scare tactics and are known for intentionally failing testers .
