Super 8 by Wyndham Wayne

real nice and clean place. I am a handicapped senior. they told me that my room was on second floor and the elevator was out of service. the young man did find me a room but had to wait a few minutes for them to clean. room. I wish they would of discounted room due to no breakfast which was offered when reserving room it was shut down due to the virus.

I needed a place to sleep because of bad weather. They did not shovel the snow. the TV didn't work. there was not any breakfast. It would have been nice to plug in my semi overnight. But there was no electricity at the outlet outside. otherwise a nice stay. LOL

Very poor service and the the clerk did not listen and ignored our payment preference. Very poor customer service.

My stay was one of the best when working out of town. My room was clean and quiet. The staff was very courteous. I will be back to this Super 8 when I'm working in the Wayne area. Thank you Lead up for a wonderful week while I was there. 5 stars all the way.
