Clean sheets And shower. Professionally greeted at front desk . They need a better vacuum. No pool or breakfast. And room is in need of maintenance. List of broken items. Door lock. shower and sink drain. Hair dryer and outlet. Window screen broke out.

This hotel is outdated and depressing and not clean. The shower in the room would suddenly scald you with hot water, half the lights did not work, nor did the coffee pot. The pool that was advertised as open had no water in it. Had there been anywhere else available over the college move in weekend, I definitely would not have stayed here. Do not be fooled by the online photos. They must have been taken decades ago. A Wyndham property??? They should be ashamed to have their name on it.

I gave them a 1/10 because first thing when we got into our room it was hotter than outside. The AC had been completely shut off. The bathroom had water running out of the bathtub faucet constantly. There was also water on the bathroom floor. When asked to switch rooms the guy at the front looked at me as if it was the worst question he had ever heard. Switched rooms and it was better. Both rooms were very dark, smelled awful, and the beds are as hard as a rock. I guess you get what you pay. I definitely recommend spending a few extra bucks and going somewhere else. My parents room also had mold underneath their sink. We were not informed the pool was not in service either.

Only 1 wash cloth for a room for 4, shower was nasty and the faucet bolt, washer and handle came off while trying to adjust shower temperature. Floor and carpet were dirty. Went down to get breakfast, they had cereal but no milk; waffles and no butter only peanut butter so tried that and the package that I opened appeared to be like crystals (not at all appetizing in the least, so broke off a piece of the waffle (normally the ones you make are great, this the batter was gross so out it went in the garbage. As far as a pool goes it had BIG cracks and was empty even though it was enclosed. Don’t recommended this place at all...
